This one is a very special collaboration with three of my favourite Japanese artists. DJ Calm was a big inspiration when making the whole album. I tried to imagine him standing still and quiet as each of the tracks played out. If it didn’t feel like he could play a tune and stand happily listening to it, I would go back and improve it, or just scrap it altogether.
We made the basis for this track at his place in Tokyo then sent if of to Jan and Naomi to add their distinctive vocals. They transformed it into a desert odyssey.
