This release in the fourth in the Music For… series of ambient EPs. Here you will find three deep listening escapes from the everyday.

Rainy Season, taken from the forthcoming album, Jamu, features the notorious Mr Tendon, one of the most accomplished and feared practitioners in the whole of Bali.

Enjoy Your Breath (edit) is a shorter version of a piece that first appeared on the album Return To Good Karma.

The Jonny Nash remix of Portmerion Tide Flow is a languid, drifting track, recorded in Bali while Jonny was living there a few years ago.

All tracks can be used in deep listening mode for a personal practice or simply for a relaxing musical moment.

Some words about meditation by Hamir Kaur, the label’s resident guru:

Meditation is the time for the body to accept stillness, calming the mind; to begin to connect with the origins of the breath. The breath is the bridge, the gateway to our higher consciousness.
A regular meditation practice gives the practitioner the tools to calm the mind when presented with stressful situations. This allows the individual to make logical, informed decisions instead of ones formed purely by reacting to emotion.

What better time to release this short collection than at the end of what, for many, has been a really tough year.
