This release is the third in the Music For… series of functional ambient diversions. This time, music for meditation with one long and two shorter escapes from the everyday.

Aurora is a new track from chill out champion Chris Coco. It sets the mood with a chiming temple bell before drifting into a world of synths and chanting.
La Torre is new version of the track that first appeared on the Indigo album, this time expertly spliced by Balearic legend Toni Bigote.
Last up is the long one, an epic ambient journey inspired by Bali, the island of the gods. This track first appeared on the album Return To Good Karma.

Some words about meditation by Hamir Kaur, the label’s resident guru:

Meditation is the time for the body to accept stillness, calming the mind; to begin to connect with the origins of the breath. The breath is the bridge, the gateway to our higher consciousness.
A regular meditation practice gives the practitioner the tools to calm the mind when presented with stressful situations. This allows the individual to make logical, informed decisions instead of ones formed purely by reacting to emotion.
